  1. Website Purpose

This website provides information about our company, fire safety products and professional services. It may also allow customers to:

  • Browse available products
  • Submit product enquiries
  • Request quotations
  • Order selected products
  • Request servicing or installation
  • Arrange fire safety assessments
  • Register customer accounts
  • Communicate with our team

The availability of particular products, payment methods, delivery options and services may depend on the customer’s location and the nature of the request.

  1. Product Information

We aim to provide clear and accurate product names, descriptions, sizes, photographs and specifications. However, product appearance, packaging, labels, accessories and technical details may change according to manufacturer availability or product updates.

Images displayed on the website are for general identification and presentation. Colour, proportions and packaging may appear differently depending on the screen, photograph or available stock.

Customers should review the product description and confirm that the product is suitable for the intended location and risk. Where professional assessment is required, customers should contact our technical team before completing the purchase.

  1. Fire Safety Recommendations

Any general information provided on this website is intended for awareness and product guidance. It does not replace a property-specific fire risk assessment, professional engineering design, manufacturer instructions, regulatory approval or advice from the relevant authority.

The appropriate equipment depends on factors including the building layout, occupancy, materials present, electrical equipment, operational activities and identified hazards.

Peakguard Fire Solution Limited may recommend an inspection or site assessment before confirming certain products, quantities, installations or system designs.

  1. Prices

Product and service prices will be displayed on the website, quotation, invoice or checkout page in the stated currency.

Prices may change due to product availability, supplier costs, taxes, transport requirements, site conditions or changes in project scope. A price is only final after it has been confirmed through an accepted quotation, completed checkout or issued invoice.

Any applicable taxes, delivery fees, installation costs or additional charges will be shown or communicated before final confirmation where reasonably possible.

  1. Quotations

A quotation is based on the information supplied by the customer and the conditions known when the quotation is prepared.

A quotation will remain valid for the period stated in that quotation. Where no validity period is shown, Peakguard Fire Solution Limited may reconfirm the price and availability before accepting the order.

Changes to quantities, specifications, delivery location, site conditions or service requirements may require a revised quotation.

  1. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order or quotation request does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

An automated email, message or website notification only confirms that the request has been received. An order becomes accepted when Peakguard Fire Solution Limited confirms it, issues an approved invoice, receives the required payment or begins fulfilment under the agreed arrangement.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Pricing or product information contains an error
  • Payment cannot be confirmed
  • Delivery cannot reasonably be arranged
  • The request falls outside our service scope
  • The customer provides incomplete or inaccurate information
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity

Where payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted regarding an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement.

  1. Payments

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or stated on the quotation or invoice.

Customers must follow the payment instructions shown on the relevant invoice, checkout page or written agreement. The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment references and transaction information.

Peakguard Fire Solution Limited will not ask customers to send passwords, personal identification numbers or other confidential account-access information.

  1. Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. A product shown on the website may become unavailable before stock information is updated.

Where an ordered item is unavailable, we may:

  • Provide an estimated availability date
  • Recommend a suitable alternative
  • Offer a revised quotation
  • Cancel the unavailable part of the order
  • Arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been made

No substitute will be supplied without the customer’s agreement where the substitute materially changes the product specification, size, price or intended application.

  1. Delivery

Delivery availability, charges and estimated timing depend on the customer’s location, product type, quantity and transport requirements.

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact person and phone number. Peakguard Fire Solution Limited is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect delivery information, restricted access or the absence of an authorised recipient.

Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as a fixed contractual date in writing. Delays may occur due to transport conditions, supplier delays, severe weather, public restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The customer should inspect delivered products and report visible damage, missing items or incorrect products promptly.

  1. Installation and Site Services

Installation, inspections, maintenance, refilling, training and assessments will be performed according to the agreed quotation or service scope.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the site
  • Informing us about known hazards or restrictions
  • Ensuring an authorised representative is available
  • Providing accurate information about existing systems
  • Securing any approvals or permissions assigned to the customer
  • Following reasonable safety instructions during the service

Additional work caused by undisclosed conditions, inaccessible areas, damaged existing systems or changes requested by the customer may require a revised quotation.

  1. Service Appointments

Customers should provide reasonable notice when requesting or changing a service appointment.

Where a customer cancels after travel, labour, materials or preparation costs have already been incurred, Peakguard Fire Solution Limited may charge reasonable costs as communicated in the quotation or service agreement.

We may reschedule appointments due to safety concerns, staff availability, transport disruption, weather or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

Customers should contact us before returning any product. No return is approved until Peakguard Fire Solution Limited provides written authorisation or confirms the return arrangement.

Return eligibility may depend on:

  • The condition of the product
  • Whether it has been used or installed
  • Whether seals or packaging have been opened
  • Whether the product was specially ordered or configured
  • Manufacturer return conditions
  • Safety and quality-control considerations
  • Applicable consumer protection requirements

Customised, installed, activated, serviced, refilled, damaged or used safety products may not be eligible for return except where required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Incorrect, damaged or potentially defective products should be reported promptly with the order details, photographs and a description of the issue.

  1. Refunds

Approved refunds will be handled using an agreed method after the returned item or cancellation has been reviewed.

Delivery, installation, inspection or service costs already incurred may not be refundable unless the refund results from an error by Peakguard Fire Solution Limited or applicable law requires otherwise.

Processing time may depend on the payment method, bank, payment provider and completion of the necessary verification.

  1. Product Warranties

Any product warranty will be limited to the warranty provided by the manufacturer, supplier or specific written quotation.

Warranty eligibility may require proof of purchase, correct installation, proper maintenance and use according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

A warranty may not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, neglect, unsuitable storage, accidental damage, failure to maintain the product or conditions outside the stated warranty.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide complete and truthful information
  • Select products responsibly
  • Follow manufacturer instructions
  • Arrange inspections and maintenance when required
  • Prevent unauthorised tampering with equipment
  • Notify us about relevant product or system issues
  • Ensure that staff or occupants receive appropriate safety information
  • Comply with relevant legal, regulatory and property requirements

  1. Website Accounts

Customers may be permitted to create website accounts for orders, quotations or account management.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for activities performed through their accounts. Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported promptly.

We may suspend or close an account used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.

  1. Acceptable Website Use

You may not:

  • Attempt to interfere with website security
  • Access restricted systems without authorisation
  • Submit false, harmful or fraudulent information
  • Introduce viruses or malicious software
  • Copy website content for unlawful commercial use
  • Use automated tools in a manner that disrupts the website
  • Impersonate another person or organisation

  1. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links or integrations provided by payment companies, maps, social media platforms, delivery providers or other third parties.

Peakguard Fire Solution Limited does not control every third-party platform and is not responsible for its availability, security, content or privacy practices. Customers should review the relevant third party’s terms and privacy information.

  1. Limitation of Liability

  • Failure to arrange required maintenance
  • Inaccurate information supplied by the customer
  • Use of unsuitable equipment selected without recommended assessment
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

  1. Force Majeure

Peakguard Fire Solution Limited will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, supplier failure, public emergencies, government restrictions, utility interruption, labour disruption or other extraordinary events.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant delays and arrange an alternative where possible.

  1. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable personal data protection requirements.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Republic of Tanzania.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any complaint or dispute through good-faith communication. Where resolution is not possible, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate courts or authorities in Tanzania.
